Kaiden had been interested in drinking out of a cup for a LONG time. We would let him drink water out of our cups here and there, but he always made a mess. The other day, we went to Burger King I think... anyways, Mike was holding his drink (it was a Sprite) and Kaiden. Kaiden normally just puts the straw in his mouth, but he doesn't get anything. Well, this time he did!!! Mike and I were totally amazed and super happy about it. So today after Mike got off work, we went to wal*mart and bought Kaiden a cup with a permanent straw. He loves it!!!

What a big boy!! I never could get Olyvia to drink out of the regular sippy cups. She picked up on those straw sippy cups right away though.
It's so cool that Kaiden and Lyv have similar tendencies!
