Reynalds Farm

Today we went to the Reynalds Farm to do a corn maze and have a fun family day. Which of course we did. Kaiden got to sit on a donkey made out of hay. We bought apply cider and 3 little pumpkins.

There was a ship play area, that Kaiden loved and refused to get down so we could explore the rest of the farm. Kaiden & Mike played on it for a good 20 to 30 minutes.

There were even two huge slides that Mike and Kaiden had a blast going down. They went down about a million times. Kaiden laughed and laughed, he would run all the way to the top to do it again. It was a lot of fun watching Mike & Kaiden on the slide.

We even did the corn maze. We took turns leading... it was a lot of fun! Not going to lie, we did get lost maybe ones, but we managed to find our way out of the maze.
After the maze we wondered around the farm a little more. Kaiden played on the big hay ball thingys, lol.

We left the best for last! The tractor hay ride... Kaiden was so excited to ride on the tractor. He just kept talking about it while we stood in line. The moment we got our tickets Kaiden took off running and Mike had to catch up to our "speedy gonzales". Kaiden had such a wonderful time!

Back To Work

Mike has been on leave for like 20 days. We had such a great time during Mikes time off from work. We celebrated my 24th birthday, Kaiden's 2nd birthday and visited Mikes parents up north. We also finally finished organizing and decorating our home (photos soon to come).

Now Mike has gone back to work. He started back today. He says its nice not having to work on a ship anymore. His working hours are nice... 7a - 4p... which is really nice. Mike gets to sleep in a little bit and he gets home in time for dinner and to spend the evening with Kaiden and I.

I'm glad Mike is no longer on a ship and I'm really happy that he doesn't have to be deployed for a very long time! YAY, welcome home baby.
