Leaping Baby

Everyone wants to see how Kaiden "crawls" so here you go!! I think he looks like a frog leaping, but Lydia (my sister) says he looks like a little worm, lol. What do you think? ENJOY!!

We can hardly believe that Kaiden is a little over nine months. His our big boy!! It seems like yesterday I was bringing him home from the hospital. Time really does fly on by. Mike & I are very blessed to have a little man as sweet as Kaiden. He's really good to us! Of course he has his grumpy days where nothing seems to make him happy, but he's always so laid back and loving. His growing up way to fast! Today Kaiden had his nine month check up. He only had to have one shot and they pricked his finger to make sure he's not anaemic.

Weight: 22.5LBS and Length: 28' 3/4"

Kaiden is always really good at his doctor's appointments, it's the wait that fustrates him and makes him grumpy. And the shot always tires him out, so he spent most of the day sleeping. Then again he likes to sleep, so its not that big of a deal. He was just a little grumpy and cuddly today more than most days. He's a good boy!!

Father's Day...

Happy Father's Day!!

Today is Mike's first Father's day... EVER!!!

Mike didn't want anything nor did he want to do anything. All he wanted was to spend time with Kaiden and I. Well, he got just that... we hung out around the house and relaxed. I actually made him a very good breakfast, he grilled dinner.

Coca-Cola, Anyone?

Kaiden likes to "drink" out of cans or anything. Our box of coca-cola was sitting on the floor opened. Kaiden saw it, got excited, "walked" (I held his hands) over to it and sat down. Started grabbing the cans, "drinking"out of them. Well, see for yourself!

Kaiden decided he would drive to church this morning... doesn't he look so cute in his little polo and shorts. He really likes sitting behind the wheel, he looks so aggressive and so cute too. AWH!!!

LHB ~ Lady's Tea Party

My sister Yeni invited me to go with her to a Lady's Tea Party at her church. I agreed to go, which was a good dessication. Because I had a wonderful time, not only was the finger foods and tea (which I love to drink) wonderful, but the special speaker was amazing. Everyone was encouraged to wear hates and nice summer dresses. It was a really nice time, if I do say so myself. Oh and Kaiden was safe at home with his Daddy, they needed some bonding time!!

Our dessert... Trifles... it was wafer, pudding, blackberries and blueberries. With whip cream on top.

Family Time at Coronado Beach

We went to the beach this afternoon. It was a beautiful day... what else are you suppose to do. Stay at home?!? We have taken Kaiden to the beach a couple of times, every time we go he seems to like it more. We got to stay at the beach for 2 hours this time. the first time it was for 20 minutes... we definitely upgraded! Kaiden enjoyed himself, looking around, feeling the sand and walking on the sand near the water. It was truely a great day outside in the California sun!
